レシピ

Pen case with chalkingの作り方

型紙ダウンロード〔A3サイズ〕

※A3実寸サイズです。A3用紙に拡大縮小せずに印刷してください。

STEP.1

型紙を革に乗せて「目打ち」でトレースします。

STEP.2

「革包丁」で革を裁断します。

STEP.3

裁断したパーツを「トコ処理」します。

STEP.4

裁断したパーツの「コバ磨き」をします。

STEP.5

貼り合わせる部位、パーツに「サイビノール」を2ミリ幅で塗ります。

STEP.6

「サイビノール」が少し乾いたら、パーツを貼り合わせます。

STEP.7

縫製する箇所に、「デバイダー」で３ミリ幅の線を引いていきます。

STEP.8

線の上に「デバイダー」で４．５ミリ間隔で印をつけます。

STEP.9

印を付けたところに「菱ぎり」を使って穴を開けていきます。

STEP.10

縫製に使う「ロウビキ糸」を必要な長さで切ります。縫製する部分全体の４倍＋10cmくらい長めに切りましょう。

STEP.11

ロウビキ糸の両端に「手縫針」をつけます。

STEP.12

「菱ぎり」で開けた穴に針を通して縫製していきます。

STEP.13

縫い終わりは「二目返し」にします。

STEP.14

糸を３ミリほど残してハサミで切ります

STEP.15

ライターで燃やして糸留めを行います。

STEP.16

ペンケースの底にあたる部分を開いて、「サイビノール」を塗って貼り合わせる。

「デバイダー」で４．５ミリ間隔で印をつけます。

STEP.18

印を付けたところに「菱ぎり」を使って穴を開けていきます。

STEP.19

「菱ぎり」で開けた穴に針を通して縫製していきます。

STEP.20

ペンケース外側のコバを磨いて仕上げていきます。

STEP.21

ペンケースを留めるレースを作るため、「デバイダー」で４ミリ幅の線を引いていきます。

STEP.22

「革包丁」でレースを裁断します。

STEP.23

作ったレースの端を「革包丁」で斜めに切り落とします。

STEP.24

ペンケースのフタに、「ハトメ抜き」で穴を開けます。

STEP.25

開けた穴にレースを通します。穴を通した部分で輪っかを作り、そこにレースを２回きつく結びます。

STEP.26

結んだレースでペンケースのフタを留めて、完成となります。
