Introduction.

Smartly assembled with a belt

This PET bottle holder can hold a bottle or other cylindrical object by assembling the leather. It comes with a ring, so you can attach a plastic bottle to a bag, etc. or attach a string to it and hang it from your neck. It can be attached to a bag or worn around the neck with a string.

In this recipe, you will learn how to assemble the leather belt and attach the ring part. Since there are multiple parts, be careful to handle the parts as you assemble it.

STEP.1

Put the pattern on the leather to form parts A-G.The line is drawn.After the lines are drawn, use a cutter to cut each part.decisionThe following is a summary of the results of the project.

STEP.2

Cut one side of the horizontal belt part (G) with a "sword tip cutter".

STEP.3

Open a slit near the center of the vertical belt parts (D, E, and F) for the horizontal belt to pass through by "tailstock removal".

STEP.4

Warm the "screw twist" with a lighter flame.

STEP.5

With a warmed "screw twist," draw a line to make a groove in the horizontal belt part (G).

STEP.6

The koba surface of the horizontal belt part (G) isToconol."Wipe with a smooth finish.

STEP.7

Glue the round bottom part (A) and the part that will be the bottom core material (B), and then glue the vertical belt parts (D, E, and F) in the recesses of the core material.

STEP.8

Glue the bottom inner part (C) from above. 

STEP.9

Tap lightly with a mallet to blend the adhesive surfaces.

STEP.10

After bonding, file the side surfaces.Polish the koba.Smooth.

STEP.11

Widen the "divider" to 2.5 mm and draw a line 2.5 mm inward while following the outline of the bottom circle on one side. Once the guide is drawn, open a sewing hole from the bottom side with "rhombus hammer".

To hide the knot between the leather on the bottom, two needles are brought out inside the bottom, tied in a ball knot, and one of the needles is pulled out through the needle hole on the bottom and tightened.

STEP.14

Drill a sewing hole in the upper two seams of the vertical belt parts (D, E, and F) with a "rhombus hammer".

STEP.15

Drill a sewing hole in the vertical belt parts (D, E, and F) for a loop to attach a ring such as a carabiner.

STEP.16

Pinch the edge of the prepared ring with the seam opened in the STEP 14 process and sew it together.

STEP.17

Two pieces of leather (about 2 cm in diameter is the size that can be removed) are laminated together, and the leather is rounded off for buttons using a mallet and a "round cutter".

STEP.18

Drill a hole in the center of the button with a "rhombus hammer".

STEP.19

Holes are also drilled in the horizontal belt part (G) where the button is to be attached, using "rhombomeuchi".

STEP.20

Sew the created button and belt together.

STEP.21

Pass the finished horizontal belt through the slit in the vertical belt. 

STEP.22

It is covered with a plastic bottle, threaded through the horizontal belt, and buttoned up to complete the process.
