We named the brand "IUI" after the initials of three words that are particularly important in our credo: Individuality, Uniqueness, and Indispensable. The letters also have various composite meanings, “I” and “you”, as well as “love(ai)”. With genderless and gender-free products being the norm, we wish people to cherish their individuality and uniqueness, to love themselves, and to support one-of-a-kind self-expression in their daily lives starting with their feet. This is a shoe brand that embodies such wishes. We were conscious of designing shoes that can be worn in heavy rotation in daily life without stress, but with a little bit of fashionable flair. We are committed to manufacturing with a method and materials that value the comfort that comes from the softness that wraps around the foot.
